Dear Camden Alumnus,

We hope this letter finds you happy and healthy. We are planning the Annual Meeting and Banquet of the Camden Alumni Association, to be held Saturday, June 10, 2023 and hope you can attend. Check our website for additional information.

Banquet Reservations: We hope you are planning to attend the Annual Alumni Meeting and Banquet on Saturday, June 10, 2023. Please complete and return the reservation form at the bottom of this letter by Monday, May 22, 2023 to guarantee your reservation and allow us time to arrange seating. Reservations postmarked or requested after this deadline will only be accepted based on available seating.

Annual Alumni Dues: Your dues help to cover the expenses of conducting the Association’s business, and is our principal source of money for operating expenses. Please return the form with your Annual Alumni Dues ($5), whether you plan to attend the Annual Alumni Meeting & Banquet or not.

Banquet Seating is by Graduating Class. However, if you prefer to sit with a party other than your graduating class, indicate your preference on the reservation form and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you have any other questions, please contact the Banquet Chairperson.

Scholarship Donation: Please take note of the Alumni Scholarship Donation portion of the form below, and consider making a tax-deductible contribution to this fund. The Scholarship Fund enables the Association to provide helpful scholarships to worthy Camden graduating seniors. The number of $1,250 scholarships awarded annually is based on contributions. The Association wants to continue this program, and needs your financial help to do this. This year eight scholarships will be given thanks to generous contributions to the fund last year.

The Banquet is at a New Location: This year, the Camden Alumni Annual Banquet will be held at a new location. Since we won’t be at the High School, tours will not be available during the banquet hours. If you have not yet seen the improvements done to the school and would like to schedule a visit, please call the High School Main Office at (315) 245 – 3168.

Motel Accommodations: Many new hotels have opened in the area recently. Therefore, we are no longer talking with individual hotels about pricing for Camden Alumni accommodations. Most prices we were given were the same rates available online or by calling the hotels directly anyway. Remember, most area hotels offer discounts to AAA and AARP members, so be sure to ask for any available discounts. Click Here for a list of local hotels.
